2. Ticket Purchases

All ticket sales on Fansseat are final once confirmed. Prices are listed in USD and include all service fees. Fansseat acts as an authorized ticket marketplace; all tickets are verified for authenticity before delivery. You must be 18 years or older to purchase tickets.

3. Prohibited Activities

• Reselling tickets above face value without explicit authorization
• Using automated tools or bots to purchase tickets
• Creating fake accounts or impersonating others
• Engaging in fraudulent payment transactions
• Accessing restricted areas of the platform without authorization

4. Cancellations & Event Changes

If an event is officially cancelled by the organizer, you are entitled to a full refund. If an event is rescheduled, your tickets remain valid for the new date. Fansseat is not responsible for changes made by third-party organizers but will facilitate refunds where applicable.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on Fansseat, including logos, text, graphics, and software, is owned by Fansseat Ltd. or its licensors. You may not reproduce or redistribute any content without written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

Fansseat's liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant ticket. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of London, United Kingdom.
